As part of our Move & Sweat concept, we are combining dancing with sauna afterwards. What better way to get into the right mindset?

DANCE: 7-9 am
SAUNA: You will get sauna access from 7-10 am.
Enjoy our Skroget sauna during, or after the dance. We will open up Ulven sauna as well from 9 am.
DRINKS: coffee, tea, non-alcoholic beer, sodas
THE GLITTER STATION - Come get glittered up!ㅤ
BE WHO YOU ARE - Dress up or dress down, we don't judge!
Optional: Bring a fun robe to dance in!
